Decoupage on a small wooden box
Decoupage is always being my favourite paper craft always. I have shared many posts about this craft. Also I have shared video tutorial on “How to decoupage on bottle“. I have experimented with decoupage on several surfaces, like wood , pot etc. Also, different utilities like box, purse, table , pen stand, cupboard etc.
Sometimes I have combined decoupage with other arts like stenciling, stamping also. I have also done decoupage with lace, to store my tatting shuttles. To gift anyone, the decoupages box are good choice. I made one decoupaged wooden box. This is small wooden box. I have used printed tissue on this box.

On top I have used the lady design tissue, which I have been longing to use :).

Isn’t is beautiful design ?!! With lady design , the most suitable design is of roses. This tissue is also very beautiful, in wine color. I used the rose design tissue on all the four sides.

Inside I have painted with again wine color chalk paint.

On the tissue, I have applied varnish. I liked this decoupage very much. This looks very sober. I have some more wooden boxes, which I will be decorating with decoupage.
