Design of the week- Tatting and embroidery design

This week I am working on some tatting projects. I am hooked up with some very talented tatters. So learning different tatting patterns with them. So sharing some embroidery designs which combines tatting too.

Tatting and embroidery design:

I have shared in one of the posts, that I have started making a tatting lace for a saree. I need tem meters of tatted lace. I have completed only one and half meters of the lace.

Meanwhile, started another embroidery work on a saree, which combines both tatting and embroidery. Here is the design and embroidery design sampler:

Design pattern for embroidery

This is the embroidery sampler. I have used tatted flowers and herringbone stitch in this embroidery design.

This design is very simple one. This also can be used with filling embroidery on the flowers. This embroidery design pattern can also be used on kid’s dresses too. Hope this design will be helpful to you.
