One more small tatting doily
This is one more small tatting doily I made. Though I had tried my hands in laces and motifs in tatting. Recently I started making doilies.Tatted doilies are beautiful, lace-like pieces made using the technique of tatting—a form of lace-making with knots and loops using a shuttle or needle. They have a delicate, vintage charm and can be used in both traditional and modern contexts.
I started with a small doily. Them I made Ressetto doily from Tat-a- renda blog. And then journey continued. I completed making one more doily, quite a big one.
Here is one more tatting doily. I tried a vintage patteren, but the doily started to shape like wave. So I stopped up to the round, till where it is correct.

On different background
Tatted doilies can be used in different ways. Here are some usages:
-
Table Centerpieces: Place them on coffee tables, dining tables, or side tables as elegant centerpieces.
-
Wall Art: Frame them individually or in clusters for a delicate, vintage look.
-
Under Vases & Bowls: Use them to protect surfaces while adding beauty.
-
Curtain Accents: Stitch them onto sheer curtains for a whimsical touch.
-
Cushion Embellishments: Sew them onto throw pillows to add a handmade element.
It can also be used as fashion accesories and decorate dresses. I wll soon share some trendy dress design with tatting.
Until then,
