Already I have shared herringbone stitch embroidery pattern in some of the posts. It is very easy and you can make herringbone stitch embroidery pattern very colorful.

The pattern

This design was given by my embroidery teacher twenty years ago. I have redrawn it and sharing with you.

You can make any herringbone stitch embroidery pattern as colorful as possible. It looks beautiful if you use pastel colors too. I like to embroider with bright colored threads, so I have used bright colors here. I have used silk embroidery thread.

The embroidered pattern

This herringbone stitch embroidery pattern can be used on saree border , duppatta border, or as motifs all over.
